A pivotal moment in the company’s history came roughly ten years in, when Beverly joined the business. Her leadership, perspective, and relentless drive brought a new energy that helped propel the company to another level. Together, Mike and Beverly formed a true partnership—balancing vision with execution, creativity with structure, and heart with strategy. That combination became a catalyst for explosive growth and lasting stability.
